Find / Replace
The programming editor provides find / replace functionality via the control/command F keyboard option or Search -> Find / Replace menu option.
Find / Replace allows users to find items either forward or backward, searching either the whole document or selected lines only. Some matching options include the ability to change the case sensitivity of the search, the ability to match whole words only, and the ability to wrap the search or stop at the end of the document.
Incremental replace or replace all options are provided, as well as the ability to show all of the lines that contain the searched for items and count all occurrences of the item.
Find previous and find next functionality is provided via the control/command E and Shift Control/Command E keyboard combinations or via the Search menu.
